Lantz is a great agent. We have been looking into buying our first home for about a year and have been working with Lantz the whole. From day one he was honest and never pushy. After talking with him a few times he had an idea of homes we were interested in. He never pushed us out of our price range or into something that we weren't interested in him. There was one home we went to look at. He arrived before us and we pulled up he came out and told us that we wouldn't like it. Right off the bat. That's just pure honesty. From then on he was our guy. Lantz was exceptional on returning emails and phone calls. No matter what time it was he'd get back to me. Lantz made buying a home fun and easy. I will always refer people to Lantz for any reality needs.

Lantz was very helpful all through the selection and sale process. We needed to see several properties in a short time and his coordination was perfect. Our move was 900 miles and Lantz took care of many details for us while we were out of town such as attending the home inspection. He was willing to do everything we asked which removed a lot of stress for us. Thanks Lantz!!!
